    1. Grind 2 cardamom
    2. Add 250 ml water
    3. Boil the mixture for 15 min
    4. Sieve and drink the water

    Chew 5-6 basil leaves after meals
  3. Natural home remedy using clove

    Chew a clove to lessen the discomfort
  4. Natural home remedy using milk

    Drink a glass of chilled milk
    • Avoid foods with spices, mustard, vinegar and pepper
    • Avoid tomato sauce
    • Reduce chocolate intake
    • Avoid carbonated drinks
    • Avoid tea and coffee
