    5. Mix well
    6. Drink once a day to get relief
  2. Natural home remedy using black pepper, dry ginger and green cardamoms

    1. Take 1 glass of warm water
    2. Add 1 tsp of black pepper
    3. Add 1 tsp of dry ginger powder
    4. Crush 2 green cardamoms to powder
    5. Add ½ tsp of this cardamom powder
    6. Mix well
    7. Drink 1 hr after every meal
  3. Natural home remedy using ginger and lemon juice

    1. Cut fresh ginger into slices
    2. Soak these slices in lemon juice for 1 hr
    3. Chew a few slices after each meal
  • Chew peppermint after every meal
    • Menthol soothes the digestive muscles
    • It reduces flatulence, bloating and abdominal pain
  • Avoid consuming:
    • Carbonated drinks
    • Broccoli
    • Cabbage
    • Beans
    • Cauliflower
    • Bread and cheese
