    1. Soak 8-10 almonds in water overnight
    2. Peel off the skin and crush them in the morning
    3. Add 1 tsp of crushed almonds to 1 cup warm milk
    4. Add a pinch of soaked saffron
    5. Add 1 tbsp of honey
    6. Mix well
    7. Drink once every day
  2. Natural home remedy using orange juice, honey and nutmeg powder

    1. Take a glass of orange juice
    2. Add 1 tbsp of honey
    3. 1 tbsp nutmeg powder
    4. Drink this juice daily.
