  2. Take 1 glass water
  3. Squeeze half a lemon
  4. Add 2 tsp of sugar
  5. Mix well
  6. Drink this to stabilise the blood sugar
  7. Natural home remedy using nutmeg powder and cumin seeds

    1. Take 1 tsp of nutmeg powder
    2. Add 1 tsp of cumin powder
    3. Mix well
    4. Have this 3 times a day
    5. This is useful if you suffer from periodic bouts of dizziness
  8. Natural home remedy using Indian gooseberry and coriander seeds

    1. Consume vitamin A and C rich fruits like Indian gooseberry.
    2. Cut 2 Indian gooseberries into small pieces
    3. De-seed and crush them to a paste
    4. Add 1 glass of water
    5. Add 2 tsp of coriander seeds
    6. Allow it to soak overnight
    7. Strain and drink the water next morning
