USEFUL RECIPES

    Tofu Stir fry

    Ingredients

    Oil1½ tsp
    Tofu10-12
    Ginger Garlic paste½ tsp
    Onion½
    Red capsicum¼
    Green capsicum¼
    Yellow capsicum¼
    Lemon juice½ tsp
    Soya sauce1 tsp
    Chilly garlic sauce1 tsp
    Sesame seeds1 tsp

    Preparation

    1. Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan
    2. Add 10-12 pieces of tofu in it
    3. Sauté the tofu till it becomes crisp and brown
    4. Once done, keep the tofu aside
    5. Now, heat 1 tsp oil in the same pan
    6. Add ½ tsp ginger garlic paste to it
    7. Also slice and add ½ onion
    8. Now, slice ¼ red capsicum, yellow capsicum and green capsicums each
    9. Add these capsicums to the pan
    10. Next, add 1 tsp lemon juice to it
    11. Then, add 1 tsp soy sauce
    12. Next add 1 tsp chilly garlic sauce
    13. Add 1 tsp sesame seeds as well
    14. Sauté this mixture for 5 minutes
    15. Now add the prepared tofu to it
    16. Stir fry all the ingredients for 5-6 minutes
    17. Serve this dish hot
