    Spinach omelette


    Spinach leaves (chopped)1 cup
    Onion (chopped)1 tbsp
    Tomato (chopped)1 tbsp
    Iodized saltTo taste
    Pepper1/4 tsp
    Red chilli flakes1/4 tsp
    Oil2 tsp


    1. Saute a cup of chopped spinach leaves in a nonstick pan
    2. Once done, keep them aside
    3. Now, beat 2 eggs in a bowl
    4. Add 1 tbsp chopped onion and tomato each in it
    5. Now add the cooked spinach leaves
    6. Also add some iodized salt to taste
    7. Add a pinch of , pepper and red chilli flakes
    8. Mix these well
    9. Now, heat 1 tsp oil in a non-stick pan
    10. Pour this mixture in it
    11. Cook it on both sides
