    Salad

    Ingredients

    Cherry tomatoes8-10
    Lettuce leaves1 cup
    Cucumber (diced)1 cup
    Corn kernels2 tbsp
    Lemon juice1 tsp
    Olive oil1 tsp
    Salt & PepperTo taste

    Preparation

    1. Boil 2 tbsp of corn kernels for 15-20 mins
    2. While this is happening, cut 8-10 cherry tomatoes into half
    3. Also, tear small pieces of 2-3 ice berg lettuce leaves
    4. Peel & chop ½ a cucumber it into small pieces
    5. Once the corn is boiled, strain the water
    6. Mix all these ingredients in a bowl
    7. Add 1 tsp olive oil to this mixture
    8. Add salt and pepper to taste
    9. Add 1 tsp lemon juice
    10. Mix well and your salad is ready to serve

    This salad is great to have with your meal

    Papaya smoothie

    Ingredients

    Papaya (chopped)1 cup
    Orange juice1 cup
    Honey1 tsp

    Preparation

    1. Peel & de-seed about 1/3rd a papaya 
    2. Put this in a grinder to make a fine puree
    3. Pour this puree in a bowl
    4. Add 1 cup orange juice to it
    5. Add 1 tsp honey
    6. Now blend them well
    7. Pour this in a glass
    8. Put in a few ice cubes & its ready to serve
