DIY Body Lotion

Body Lotion

Simple techniques
  1. Body lotion with organic avocado oil

    Avocado oil being rich in antioxidants has good healing property
    1. Add ½ cup avocado oil in a bowl
    2. To this, add ½ cup calendula oil
    3. Mix it properly
    4. Store it in a glass jar
    5. Apply it on your skin right after shower
  2. Aloe vera body lotion

    Aloe vera contains glycoproteins which is a pure healing ingredient.
    1. Add ½ cup aloe vera gel in a clay 
    2. Then add 2tbsp of dry calendula flowers 
    3. Next add 2tbsp dry chamomile flowers
    4. Finally add 1tsp green tea leaves
    5. Warm the mixture on a stove on low heat 
    6. Once done, remove it from the stove 
    7. After it has cooled, use a fine sieve to 
    8. Your lotion is now ready to use container to it until it turns very warm cool the mixture completely pour the mixture into a bottle jar
TIPS
  • Include enough vitamins, minerals & other nutrients in your diet
  • Exercise regularly 
  • Take proper sleep
