    Preparation

    1. Break 2 eggs in a bowl
    2. Beat these
    3. Take a pan & add 1 tsp oil in it
    4. Add the eggs to the pan
    5. Add 1 tbsp low fat cheese
    6. For seasoning, add salt, pepper, oregano and some chilli flakes
    7. Now, stir the eggs till they are cooked
    8. Eat this dish with 2 slices brown bread
