Indigestion which is also known dyspepsia refers to an upset stomach. This condition is characterized by a discomfort in the upper abdomen during or after eating food.
Abdominal pain, bloating, belching, heartburn are some common symptoms this condition.
Indigestion can be caused due to excessive stress, overeating, eating rapidly, consuming spicy or fatty foods or excessive alcohol drinking and smoking. This condition is also associated with other medical conditions like gastritis, gallstones and intestinal ulcers.
