  1. Natural home remedy using milk and turmeric powder

    1. Take 1 glass of warm milk
    2. Mix 1 tsp turmeric powder in it
    3. Drink daily before bedtime
  2. Natural home remedy using dry parsley

    1. Boil 1 cup of water
    2. Mix 1 tsp of dry parsley in it
    3. Heat water for 5 minutes on a low flame
    4. Cover the top
    5. Strain the water
    6. Drink 3 times everyday
  3. Natural home remedy using lemons

    1. Remove peels of 2 lemons
    2. Chop them finely
    3. Add 2 tbsp of peels to 1 glass of hot water
    4. Cover the cup
    5. Leave it for 12 hours
    6. Drink 1 tsp of this water after every meal
