  • Diarrhoea is a condition in which the patient passes stool multiple times a day

  • Frequent passage of loose and watery stool
  • Abdominal cramps
  • Stomach pain
  • Blood in stools which leads to reddish or black stools
  • If ignored, diarrhoea leads to
    • Dehydration
    • Thirst
    • Dry mouth
Simple techniques
  1. Natural home remedy for loose motion using cumin seeds, fenugreek seeds and yogurt

    1. Take 2 tsp of cumin seeds
    2. Add 2 tsp of fenugreek seeds
    3. Roast the mixture
    4. Crush the mixture to make a powder
    5. Take 4 tsp of this mixture
    6. Add to a bowl of yoghurt
    7. Mix well
    8. Consume this 3 times a day
  2. Natural home remedy for loose motion using lemon juice, ginger paste and black pepper

    1. Take 2 tsp of lemon juice
    2. Add ½ tsp of ginger paste
    3. Add a pinch of black pepper
    4. Mix well
    5. Consume 2 times a day
  • When travelling, drink only bottled mineral water
  • Avoid eating:
    • Outside food
    • Uncooked vegetables
    • Peeled and stored fruits
