Appendicitis

Appendicitis refers to the inflammation of the appendix which is a small finger shaped pouch connected to the colon, on the right side of the abdomen.

CAUSES
  • Infection due to bacteria, fungi or parasites in the body
  • Presence of fecal matter in the appendix
  • Crohn’s disease, an intestinal disorder

    Beetroot & Carrot Salad

    Ingredients

    Beetroot1
    Carrot1
    Tomato1
    Lemon juice1 tsp
    SaltTo taste
    PepperTo taste

    Preparation

    1. Take a beetroot & boil it
    2. De-skin & now grate it 
    3. Also peel & grate 1 carrot
    4. Chop 1 tomato into small pieces 
    5. Mix them all in a bowl together
    6. Add 1 tsp lemon juice
    7. Add salt and pepper to taste
